Power Cricket Limited is a coaching and leadership company established by Josh Knappett in 2014.

Josh grew up in the Middlesex Cricket Youth Pathway, progressed his career through the University system (formally UCCE and MCCU) and started his professional career at Worcestershire CCC in 2005. Josh represented The Unicorns in 2010 and 2011 playing in the Pro40. He also spent time at Middlesex CCC and Lancashire CCC on the loan system during his time in the Unicorns as back up although was never required.

Josh was Director of Youth Cricket at Teddington Cricket Club for 6 years between 2012 and 2018. He has helped many players over this time achieve the competitive edge and improve themselves as people as well as players who perform on the pitch. He helped take Teddington Cricket Club into a new era of sustainability, success and growth. He worked closely with some excellent people who were truly supportive, determined and highly skilled.

He worked across the Middlesex Cricket Pathway through to professional mens teams. He helped Middlesex cricket secure a relationship with Sachin Tendulkar and built the performance and programme ecosystem of performance across their project.
